Visakhapatnam, October, 15, 2021: Srikakulam district Korikana Kurmaraja puram based Non Government Organization Vistarana Mass Communication Society launched its New logo…tagline here on the occasion of Vijayadashami. Andhra University Journalism Mass Communication Department retired Professor Peeta Boby Vardan along with Smt Boby Vardan launched new brand image…slogan of VMCS. On this occasion Smt.Korikana Sujatha ,Vice President explained about society this is the first mass communication organization started in the world to help citizens with information education communication concept. She said that this comes under Non profitable business activity. When we received information from media generally we guide citizens towards the success ways and official procedures to get benefits she told. She explains about one terrible news that four persons died in poorna market area in Visakhapatnam due to domestic LPG Gas Cylinder blast in a barber rented house. All news papers reported news in headlines and blaming who is responsible for human loss. After seeing this news in media we have drafted a letter on behalf of domestic consumer requested Oil companies to pay insurance as per Domestic Gas Cylinders Safety precautions. On receipt of our representation oil companies responded and paid compensation to human loss and physical loss. We saved the barber family from irritating public. Financially and socially from the balm, In the similar way we have done help to East Godavari District Rayavaram Gas blast Victim who approached after knowing this service organization.
On this occasion President and Mass Communicator Journo K.V.R.Prasad explained about the society which had started since 2009 with a aim to spread awareness on various acts and authorities. It have not reached its audience in this disturbed communication world, he said. As we decided to rebrand our society logo, tagline and also the aims, he said. Branding is a strategy that helps brands to bring a change in the way the audience sees them. He said that a success story of society helps with a communication tools such as, attacked on a gang who had occupied two stored commercial complex and harassing’s the shop owners since 18 years. Finally he as surrendered and vacated the shopping complex within 15 days. As such in another incident we have saved one person who`s family was suffering with drugs issue.
